Bay Oaks Apartments

Priscilla the manager has been so helpful every time we’ve brought concerns to her attention. She is always professional, attentive, and makes sure we feel heard. While she does a great job, it seems like the management company could do better with things like keeping the pool clean and maintaining the landscaping.

The moving in process was quick! The Maintenance guy, Jerry has always been able to help me out quick when needed. The office lady, Priscilla has been very helpful the entire time. Enjoy how quiet these apts are compared to my last apt

I moved in last month. Priscilla in the office was a great help. She answered all my questions and was quick to get us moved in. Our neighbors are friendly and quiet. I am very happy with everything so far.

The property lately looks abandoned and unkept. There are torn up blinds in some of the windows. It is ashame for these grounds to look so trashy and very sad for the residents. The grounds used to be nicely manicured with pretty landscaped beds. Hopefully the management team soon will take more pride in this property and clean it up.

No hate to the property manager, she has been doing her best to help me get my refund back from KPM. I know there is only so much she can do, but it’s a shame that KPM hasn’t tried harder to help. Guess they’re just money hungry.
