Bay Hill Estates

Beautiful neighborhood, the houses are wonderful and high-end , and it's very spacious. A little too spacious at times depending on what you're doing. There needs to be a public bathroom set up at the park area so people don't have to drive ~5mins back to their house, just to drive ~5mins back to the park/courts.

We recently moved to Palm Beach Gardens FL. and wanted a contemporary design in and outside. We used Brianna Bernstein as our decorator and she is fabulous. We bought our furniture from Rochebobois in North Palm Beach, where we were assisted by Karima Himmich. It was recommended to us to do a rendering of our home to ensure we would be happy, that things would fit, match and blend. I strongly recommend doing that, and given the supply issues we now face, I looked at it daily. Karima and Brianna kept us up to date with the delivery date, and as told, we got our furniture last Thursday, by a very careful and helpful crew of 7! I am a realtor living in Jupiter and deal mostly with buyers coming from the north. Bayhill Estates is a great choice for those desiring a luxury community with more property than what you can get in most Jupiter and PBG area private communities. The HOA is extremely reasonable, the common areas are beautiful, and the location relative to PBI, WPB, restaurants, premier golf, and even the beach (30 min) is hard to beat.

The most amazing place to live. Safe and has become one of the higher end estates in the area.
