Bay Bridge Apartments

This place sucks. Hot water for showers only last about 15 minutes or so, very bad if you have accessibility issues, the plumbing is horrible, the toilet clogs so much, and there's roaches!!!! Absolutely disgusting place to stay.

Hello, I'm Gloria, I live in the apartments. I really really love the change, from the landscape, from the maintenance, from security. Oh the property manager Karen, and her assistant, are amazing. I started living in Bay Bridge Apartments in 2020. Recently I had to move to another state I just wanted to thank the office team of Julie and Karen. They were very helpful when I needed an extra month. Julie is very friendly and helpful. Anytime I would call the office she was able to quickly assist me. I only gave 4 stars because I never got a pool key and wasn’t able to use the pool. I recommend BayBridge Apartments mostly because the office staff is wonderful. Maintenance personnel are courteous and helpful. I loved my little apartment and will miss it. Thank you Bay Bridge it was always a pleasure to come home.

I would not recommend this apartment, we had numerous issues in the year we lived there. They charged us an extra month of rent because despite my bringing it up multiple times they never entered our move-out date into the portal. When I called I could hear the manager in the background saying it was our fault for not disabling auto pay. Thankfully my bank called because of suspicious activity and sided with my that it was a fraudulent charge. I did call the management company and was told the regional manager would reach out to me and intervene. We never heard from them. No wonder the management here doesn't have their act together the company that runs everything is just as bad. They never gave us move-out instructions. So we had no idea what needed to happen and did not get a final w

I am very pleased with my first experience with the management in these apartments. Ana helped make it very pleasant and made me feel more comfortable with wanting to rent here in these apartments. Most places I've rented, management is rude and very condescending. Most times, I felt like they did everything just to keep my deposit. So knowing that management is kind puts me at ease knowing that someone who actually cares to have a relationship with their tenants is in the office. I think it's important to have someone who really cares as management, so tenant issues can actually get addressed, and people dont feel scared to complain and feel some sort of retaliation from the management back.
