Bavarian Village Apartments

I have lived here for over 10 years and never had any issues. I've never had issues with my neighbors or noise or cleanliness. Any maintenance issues have been resolved promptly and professionally. The office manager, Dana, is super friendly and easy to work with, very professional. She has always treated me with respect, and as a tenant, I appreciate and value that aspect. The apartments are affordable and the management is exceptional. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience living at Bavarian Village for six years! I enjoyed my cozy one bedroom apartment. It was very affordable and It’s a well kept property. Neighbors were respectful and it’s peaceful. Dana in the office is amazing and very welcoming and professional, she always helped me with whatever I needed over the years. Maintenance responses to work orders were very prompt. I will miss my apartment. Definitely recommend living at this property.

I have lived in these apartments for 3 years. I love it here. It’s affordable, comfortable and the leasing manager- Dana, always makes sure the property is well maintained and cleaned, grass is always cut and each building is always swept thoroughly by their staff. I have NEVER seen a bug in my apartment. I have very quiet neighbors and the maintenance always makes sure to come through the SAME DAY I need assistance. Dana has always been very friendly and kind- as this was the first apartment I purchased by myself, I struggled financially in the beginning and as long as I was in communication with her, she worked with my financial burdens. Very affordable and Dayna is an excellent manager. I have since moved because I needed to be within walking distance of shopping. It was a good first apartment for that area.

Two times now in the past few years of apartment hunting have they told me they had available apartments, and twice have I paid non-refundable application fees and deposits only to be told that there is no current availabilities. Even if you're desperate, look elsewhere.
