​I had an excellent experience visiting these condos. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire complex is. The staff is very professional and always impeccably presented. ​I want to give a special thanks to Laura, my leasing agent. She was incredibly kind and had so much patience explaining everything to me. She took the time to guide me through the best options for my exact needs, without any rush. I liked the property so much and found the rates to be so reasonable that I’m already scheduling a second visit to see the two-bedroom units. Five stars for Laura and the whole team!

His professionalism and dedication to his work were truly commendable. Travis consistently goes above and beyond, ensuring that every detail is taken care of with precision and care. I toured here today, and I have to say — Laura made the entire experience feel so warm and welcoming. She has such a genuine, down-to-earth spirit that instantly made me feel right at home. The apartment itself looked beautifully renovated and the upkeep outside was great — you can tell real care has gone into maintaining the property. For the location, price, and quality, it’s honestly such a great find. I also felt a strong sense of safety and comfort while walking around, which really stood out to me. Overall, this seems like an amazing place to live, and Laura made the visit even better with her kindness and authenticity.

The leasing team has been wonderful to work with, and I especially want to highlight the manager, Urquia. She has been consistently friendly, professional, and helpful in every interaction, making the experience smooth and positive. I truly appreciate her support and the welcoming atmosphere she creates.

Had the pleasure of touring this property with the amazing office employee Faridah ! She was very pleasant and patient to listen to my long list of “what are you looking for’s”. She was attentive to my needs and showed me around the property and made me feel like I was already at home. Definitely made a lasting impression and will be back once the move in date is closer!
