Battery Gardens Apartments

This place is wonderful and has a lot of charm, it is called Battery Gardens and deserves the 'garden' appellation. Let us mention the beautiful tulip tree under which time, thoughts, stories, good food and drinks are often shared. The ambiance is international, friendly and very interesting, it s a great place to meet new friends. Do not come if you can't live without a dishwasher, or with a shared washing machine! But the spacious rooms with ample cupboards, the wooden floors, the hot water heating system are all to be appreciated. Many apartments have a splendid view on the garden or the park, and most are very sunny. The place is very well maintained by Anna Maria and Greg, and the owner, John Gill, is a generous and honest man: we got our entire deposit plus some interest back when we

The apartments are on the older side, so the appliances and style aren’t “contemporary” or “chic”, but they offer lots of space for the price, parking, trash, recycling, and water included. Laundry facilities on site, although they can be a bit of a disaster at times. The most important part though is the community. I don’t know how they’ve done it, but the people here are just so kind and friendly.

Great place to live, assigned parking for tenants is a plus!
