Bass Lofts Apartments

Love this apartment community so much. The management team is very responsive and accommodating to the residents and works hard to make sure we feel at home. I’ve gone to the team several times for requests, assistance, etc. and they are always prompt and supportive.

Great and real community feel. Full of quality people. Thank you Pepe, Uriel and Nicole. For showing me a round and introducing me to this community. Lots of fun! Also Devan and pepper (her dog) made me feel like a better person.

Marvin is an absolute star on the maintenance team. Always delivers with courtesy and efficiency. He took the afternoon on a hot summer day to pressure wash and treat our entire patio while we were out of town and it looks like new. Living here has been a pleasure. We just signed our lease for the 9th year and will stay as long as they’ll have us!

Couldn’t ask for better service and help from the maintenance team when my AC went out! Marvin was on top of it and made sure it was handled as soon as possible. It was a big job, but he made sure to complete it within the day once my part arrived. So grateful for him! Thanks Marvin!

Maintenance did a fantastic job fixing the air conditioning system. They were very friendly and communicative when in my apartment. AC now works better than before.
