As seemingly the only reviewer to design and purchase a home, I do not recommend working with David Weekley. Entire process has been a struggle, from deviations from their own communication expectations, to unanswered questions, cigarette butts and urine stains in the unfinished home. Tried to run these concerns up the chain of command and the regional manager fabricated a list of excuses the builders themselves never provided. Management from the top-down needs a complete overhaul. Process has left me unsatisfied and unexcited about our home and that should never be the case.
The homes are much too close together and the floor plans do not work out for my multi-generational family. I do like them amenities in the general area and the amenities that will be coming in the future
Homes are small for the money. Back yard is very small.
More like David Weak-sauce.
Was here for a job and the development looks great!
