Basalt Ridge Apartments

I have been here for 6 years and I have loved being out here. Most the staff has been so kind to me and they managers have worked closely with me through any situation that I have ever needed. Closed mouths don’t get fed! Lol They keep up with the grounds and they do their best to keep things up to date such as paperwork, maintenance, etc. if you’re ever looking for a place definitely check them out! Basalt ridge is a wonderful place to call home. In a great neighborhood. And very friendly office staff, that will assist you through the entire application process. They were willing to work with me and got me into an apartment pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend living here. My two cats and I love it here!

I've lived at basalt ridge apartments for a year now with my daughter! I love living here my neighbors are quiet and friendly never have any drama! Management is always friendly when I go pay my rent! All in all for me and my daughter it's been a great place to live!

I strongly do NOT recommend living in this apartment complex. For over a year, management has repeatedly ignored maintenance requests or delayed them for months. We reported a malfunctioning stove that technically worked but was unsafe and clearly needed repair. No one came until I went to the office in person and complained. Only then was it fixed. The faucet has still not been replaced after a year, and the microwave has never been repaired despite multiple requests. Management also ignores serious lease violations. Neighbors have repeatedly smoked marijuana inside their apartment. This has been reported multiple times, yet no action has been taken, even though the lease clearly states that smoking marijuana inside apartments is prohibited. The management makes you feel at ease,answers every question you may have and does their best to get you approved. For the most part neighbors are quiet,respectful and polite. Rooms are biggest ive every seen. Theres even storage for your extra things.
