The Bartos group was introduced to us by Michelle Beesing. She walked us through each community with patience. Michelle made sure she was knowledgeable about everything in the area and truthful about what we could expect. She even went so far as to visiting several properties with us more than once so we could really get a good feel from what we were potentially purchasing. Home ownership is a big commitment, and because she understood this she made everything plain for us. From our experience she’s represented the Bartos group appropriately and we are forever grateful to have worked with this group.

Upon a recommendation I hired Bartos. My agent quit and I was not notified for three weeks. I really didn’t realize because it was common to not hear from my agent for three weeks. Problems from the get go with lack of communication, getting a For Sale sign placed out front, sporadic open houses, etc. I ended up firing them, then they mentioned charging me for marketing…not! It was such a disappointing experience. I am writing this review so they can see the room for improvement as I fell right through that crack. I live in Estero and they seem more focused on Naples/Marco. Good luck selling!

I needed to sell my mom's house in Naples while I was out of state and the sale had some specific legal requirements that needed to be met.
