Bartlett Arms Apartments

Could someone please give me an honest review of the Bartlett Arms? I have read everything from "a hellhole" to "fine living". It can't be both! Thanks for you input.

It reminds me of being in a closed custody prison.

Been here for two + yrs, manager is a good guy, as is maintenance! Pretty good place to live! Every place has issues, but the manager deals with any of that promptly!! New machines in laundry room, a little festive music on select holidays, limited to appropriate time frames so as to accomodate everyone. I give Bartlett Arms Apts. 4 out of five stars... thank you mr. Robert!!!

This place is so sad. My heart breaks for the residents who are subjected to living in these conditions. I have now seen, in person, only what I’ve watched on tv growing up. I grew up poor, but this is far beyond poor.

Infested with bedbugs and roaches. Drug activity is extensive. This is the epitome of Hell on earth.
