Tell your HOA to invest in posting signs on the railing if they don’t want things locked on them instead of having your doormen follow people into other buildings to harass them into unlocking rented vehicles after they’ve already been locked. Other buildings post signs. I looked around and saw no sign and so locked a rented scooter. The doorman runs after me to tell me I have to unlock the scooter or else it becomes his problem to deal with. I tried to explain it costs money to unlock again but he wouldn’t let up and followed me into my building to harass me into coming back and doing it. I obliged so he wouldn’t have to deal with it on his meal break as he put it and when I suggested he suggest to the building HOA they put signs on to notify people, he harshly told me I should’ve known a
