I've lived here for about 7 months, and it's been a good experience so far! Nicole and Cassandra in the leasing office have been really helpful and responsive any time I've reached out. I've only needed maintenance a few times, nothing major, and each time it was handled within a couple of days. The section of the complex I'm in is quiet, clean, and has friendly neighbors and that seems to be true for the rest of the community. It's dog friendly which I love and I also enjoy seeing other tenants outside decor, flowers, wreaths, and personal touches that make it feel homey. Of course, no place is perfect, but compared to what I've heard some friends dealing with at their rentals, it's been really nice not being able to join in on the complaining!

Great experience living here. Neighbors are all super friendly and all facilities are kept clean. Cassandra was wonderful to work with during the initial process.

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a few months until we closed on our house in Middletown and Cheri with the leasing office and the staff were very accommodating and really helped us out when we were in a tough spot. They were great to work with! The property is well kept and very quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anybody else looking for a short or long term lease.

ever since the new management took over this place has turned to garbage. maintenance sucks, they just half ass things until they completely break and then u have to wait forever for a replacement. snow removal sucks, they plow half ass and dont even salt the parking lot so its a sheet of ice until it melts. and they use regular ice melt on all the sidewalks , so we cant even walk our dogs without injury, even tho they advertise themselves as “pet friendly”. thats not very pet friendly if u ask me. the rent isnt cheap here either, so the quality of services, and products they use should be much better. we are charged extra for trash removal, sewer, water, and u even have to pay extra for the pool. this place is the WORST place i have ever rented. my advice would be to stay away at all cost

My fiancé and I were guaranteed a place here, by Cheri. we went to the office with a co signer to sign the final documents, had every dime to move in, then were told no, and were extorted for 150.00 for the applications that were only filled out, not even entered into the computer. We were told that Cheri was no longer with them and she must have been trying to make them look bad. Our credit is good, had a co signer, and more than enough money. They are unprofessional and sub par. We were promised a home, and only left there with 150.00 less than what we have and told no.
