Barrewoods Apartments

I absolutely love this place. It’s not just an apartment complex. It’s homie. The staff here is completely supportive and helpful. Caitlyn is the best.

I lived here for a little under two years and Kaitlyn at the front desk is absolutely amazing. The rest of the team is great too! She is very informative and is always available to help like she hasn’t had a day off in years. Living here has been great, good amenities, easy to get things fixed, and the neighborhood is awesome. Very friendly neighbors and a great environment.

Plenty of floorplans available, grounds are for the most part well maintained, beautiful and accessible clubhouse and staff is always friendly and helpful when I have a request or see them around the property. My negative comment are for some of neighbors either leaving trash around that attracts wildlife, not picking up dog waste and leaving their trash outside of the one trash compactor. I appreciate managements efforts to keep the grounds nice, the waste stations regularly changed, sending out newsletters and reminders if something is either needed from us or if their will be repaires in a certain area.

Absolutely loving our new apartment! The space itself is great—especially the patio, which has been perfect for taking our dog out easily. Everything has been smooth since move-in, and the staff has really gone above and beyond. Allie was a huge help throughout the process, and Caitlin has been amazing—always quick to answer our calls and helped get maintenance out right away when we needed it. Maintenance has also been super responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience and we’re so glad we chose to live here!

I've really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. The property is well-maintained, the amenities are great, and the location is super convenient. What really stands out, though, is the front office staff, especially Caitlin and Allie. They’re always welcoming, professional, and go above and beyond to help residents. Whether it’s answering questions, handling maintenance requests, or just greeting you with a smile, they make a big difference in the day-to-day experience here. Definitely appreciate their hard work and positive attitudes!
