Our realtor Nataly Ramirez was amazing through the whole process, from listing our home to sell and helping us purchase our new home as well. She was very helpful and knowledgeable but her kindness is unmatched, she gets things done! When it comes to business talk and negotiations she doesn’t mess around. Everything is thought out and strategic. It was very easy to communicate with her, any questions we had or something we didn’t understand she was there to answer and explain. We trusted her process and it paid off we got our new home just in time for Christmas. We would highly recommend Nataly to anyone that needs a realtor you won’t be disappointed!

I am not sure what rating to give here as I have had a good experience with renting a property through them. A very professional team with a good portal for handling maintenance requests and make payments etc.. The only issue I have with them is the amount of deposit money that was refunded back. They charged $955 to clean a 3 bedroom apartment with a long list of things that they claimed as needed. There was literally not a single nail added on the walls nor any issues with the paint and no trash was left behind. I felt that I was way over charged for the cleaning but for which the experience was pleasant throughout.

Barrett real estate property management company is by far the best experience I’ve had with a rental property. Nora and Christie We’re awesome to work with. I definitely recommend this company and I would use them again.
