Make sure you cross your T’s and dot your I’s before using this company. I am sharing this so no one else has to go through something like we did. Our house is less than four years old and all we asked of the builder - Greg owner @ “Barnett custom homes” was to stand behind their work and cover the small cost for the fix which was less than $4k. All I got was lies and ghosting and just like most, he passed the buck. Now I share with you the POOR Roof work that was done on our place that we had to redo. It’s amazing as a company owner myself, that owners don’t stand behind the work, like Greg. Remind me never to buy a custom home from Barnett Custom Homes.
