Amy Barnes helped my siblings and I sell our parents' estate. We are all out of state and Amy did a wonderful job of helping us find plumbers, painters, contractors, etc. to do repairs and she managed their access. We had a couple of contracts that fell through due to a buyer who wanted to occupy the house before the close date and walked when we said no and one who had a negligent mortgage officer, but Amy stayed professional and did everything possible to keep these deals on track.
