We always paid on time and paid all increases! But this property management is terribly bad communication or care of property! After hurricane Ian they had no responsibility for property and we tenants did 💯 of clean up. I even shoveled the pool of debris before the pool company would even touch it! Renters be very aware of renting from this agency. The maintenance guy John is very rude and unfriendly! Front desk Michelle is very rude when paying rent like you are an inconvenience for her! Thank goodness we moved away from their bad business practices and helped keep new renters from getting involved with them!
