Joel will promise quality work (even have his family and coworkers put out 5 star reviews for his company here) I shared with him a previous bad experience I had and I heard many times “Not my guys”. His guys were worse. My tile work is horrific. Pieces on the corners are cut too short leaving large holes, walls weren’t prepped so backsplashes are wavy, they broke a ton of glass tile and installed it, pieces are bulging, it’s not spaced properly, pieces are missing in the kitchen and the bathroom (yes he left the holes) and it’s way over grouted. The manufacturer saw pics and told me it was so bad they would send me new tile for free when I have it redone properly. My plumbing has bolts falling off that I can lift faucets out, handles go in different directions, drains missing pieces, hot/
