I reside at one of Barker's Properties I was experiencing some issues w/ the office where i reside. They were unable to resolve my issues. So I was able to reach out directly to Barker & I spoke w/ Rachael who applied her 10 plus years experience & worked w me diligently to get my issues resolved in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I appreciate your team & hardwork,I would definitely do business w/ Them again. I Also have to shout out Alex he came in & did what no-one else could do repair my A/C right the first time, its back blowing cold like when i first moved in , bedroom air is flowing EFFORTLESSLY 👌🏽

Having a big issue with the ac unit they never came to fix it hallway smells like 💩 some days but they always say they don’t smell it or seem to can never find the issues

The Barker team is great at delivering support and service. They take proactive steps with maintenance and are quick to resolve issues.

Getting a hold of someone is impossible. I’ve called Barker Property 5+ times for a residential lease and each time I get connected they say that they will relay a message and have someone return my call. It’s been two weeks. Called today and the woman who answered asked me the same question the previous employees asked.

Rachael was very supportive with any problem or concern I had. I am glad to have gone through Barker Properties for my housing.
