I’ve had an excellent experience with Barefoot. We closed on our home on a Friday and Chris had a long term tenant for us by the following Monday! We couldn’t have asked for better service. There seems to be a stringent vetting process which we appreciate, as we live out of state and this is our first investment property. All phone calls and email questions are answered promptly.
