Barefoot by Brookfield Residential

We recently purchased a home from Brookfield Residential in Barefoot Lakes and the entire experience was excellent! From the sales team, the construction team and the warranty team, everyone has been wonderful, kind, and extremely professional. Had a great experience at Brookfield Barefoot Lakes, the women in the office Ann, Bobbi and Kathy were great in updating me on the progress on my home build, they were professional and responsive. I loved the fact they sent me an email every week with pictures on what was new in the build. Every time I called, if the phone was not answered, I was called back right away. They explained processes of the house build, paperwork and features of the home since this is a new experience for me. They also had an appointment to orient me to the new house and how to use everything a few weeks before the closing walk through.
