Barclay Place Apartments Leasing Office

My husband and I loved living here! The unit was well maintained and when we did have issues, maintenence was SO fast and responsive. They have a great on-site team. Our neighbors were all respectful, and we never had any issues with excessive noise or parking. We moved in July 2025, and unfortunately had to break our lease early due to an out of state job. The Barclay leasing team was very understanding and made every effort to find new tenants as soon as possible. Moving in, living here, and moving out were all wonderful experiences for us. If you're in the Charlottesville area, I'd recommend checking them out!

Barclay Place is a comfortable, clean, and overall great place to live. The staff is responsive to maintenance requests and are timely in giving tenants advance notice of site-wide maintenance. I moved out because I needed more space, but would have renewed my lease otherwise. Big thanks to the staff, especially Jayla for helping me settle in to Charlottesville.

This is a well-maintained community managed by a kind, generous, and responsive team. To date, rent has increased at a reasonable rate, and management has worked to ensure that the living and community experiences align with these increases. Additionally, the location is convenient, with numerous grocery stores, restaurants, hiking trails, and other entertainment options nearby. If you're planning to move to Charlottesville, I highly recommend considering Barclay Place as your next home.

What a great place to live, and a great Charlottesville location. My wife and I have lived here for over two years, and love it. We just renewed our lease. Front office staff is very professional. The maintenance team is also, and jumps on anything that pops up, The entire crew works hard to make Barclay Place feel like your true home. The office and maintenance staff are very easy to work with and prompt in resolving issues. The app for placing service requests and paying rent is simple to maneuver through. The property is always kept clean! I really enjoy the simplicity of rent and all of the utilities and amenities lumped together! Our dog loves the park! I highly recommend looking into this location if you want all the conveniences of the city as well!
