I lived here in 2021 and had the worst experience here. This isn’t the best area I town but not the worst. As for the building it is very run down and old. We had a mouse problem and as well as mold and I became sick while staying here from the mold in the room. The place has a weird smell and one of the neighbors had an issue with me and got my car towed. I didn’t like the crowd of people and alot of homeless and drug attics frequent this area. My packages were stolen a few times while I stayed here as well. I do not recommend this place.

These apartments are disgusting and not well-maintained at all. I live behind it, and this is my view. The window in the second photo has been broken for over a year (before the snow and the Derecho). I can’t imagine how bad the inside looks after letting in all that rain and weather.
