I went in for a tour and was assisted by Jessica—she was so sweet and had amazing charisma! She made me feel welcomed right away and took the time to show me around and answer all my questions. The tour was very informative, and her friendly attitude really stood out. Great experience overall!

The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making the moving process smooth and stress-free. The amenities are top-notch, including a well-equipped gym, a sparkling pool, and beautiful common areas. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. Overall, I highly recommend Banyan Shores to anyone looking for a great place to live!

The noise on the weekends is insane they have fights/ screaming almost all night long. There is GLASS ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE. Left this place gave them 3 months in advance the lady argued with me she COULD NOT TAKE A 3month notice due to them “misplacing paper work” her mouth not mine 😂once I said I could record the conversation she took my notice. I left the apartment empty from September-December (paid the months) they called me in January & February for a follow up asked why I didn’t decide to stay told them this lady on the phone couldn’t even say anything all she did was apologize and asked if I had put a complain (ever single time I paid rent I used to tell them) she asked what would of made me stay ect they follow up with me yet again not once did they mention I owed them $ on thes

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I broken glass bottles everywhere, beer trash everywhere, little baggies from drugs tossed all over the place. You lose hot water constantly. Terrible plumbing issues. Always literal feces coming out in front of the door and a river of poop all the way to the parking lots. Or the poop is coming up through your bathtub or toilets. Loud music everyday all hours of the day and night. Have seen men so sloppy drunk that they just pee in the road and parking lot. Management doesn’t care or do anything about it. Had some one shooting outside my mother in laws window.
