Banyan Palms at Spring Branch

I was harassed for a year in these apartments. My window, which was broken through, took them 3 weeks to fix, knowing my place was broken into twice already. Upon reading my lease, I found out that was a clause to break my lease. Instead, the ladies at the front desk moved me into a town home, after a year. I worked out a payment arrangement with them and upon going there Friday to pay, new management had taken over and said if I did not have the entirety of my rent, I will have to move out and the lady, at the desk, whoever she was, was extremely rude and said “they don’t do payment plans.” How is that fair? I lived here from March 2018 until may 2019. While it’s true that the outside doesn’t look that great, I never had any issues inside. We had a one bedroom townhome that had pretty good storage and living space. We never had any issues with roaches but we did have a mouse once or twice—some traps took care or that. There were roaches when we first moved in but we fogged and put out raid traps and never had an issue again. It always felt safe to me and I would regularly walk from the bus stop to my apartment without any fear or hassle. The office staff were always professional, friendly, and helpful. Worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in! I recommend no one come stay at this complex!!! Mold/mildew, hot water is on and off, plumbing issues with busted pipes water leaking all over and it takes them weeks to send out maintenance… Dec 1st new management took over & I thought things were turning around with better attitudes in the office & a new maintenance worker Michael. This place is disgusting and I don’t know how they’re still in business. I’m glad I was able to get out of here! People know your rights!! They fail to provide a clean and SAFE environment. I didn’t last more than 2 months here. These apartments are amazing. New management and remodels. Cathy was so helpful on helping me getting the apartment. And I appreciate her services. Maintainance is always on time. My girls are excited living here. Thanks for the help.
