Banning Villa Apartments

Apartments are nice and clean. Grass is always kept up. Manager rarely in her office. On pantry days, majority of food is dented cans, almost expired, corn husks have mold , strawberries were soft and squishy

Moms lives there and my grandma before her!! They have their issues like making My Mom remove her door magnet (Holds the door open when she washes clothes or buys Groceries), Such Bullcrap!! I wanted to go off on them and call the Manager but Moms said not to!! She is 84 years old and needs the help to keep the door open for her!!! SMH I STILL WANT TO CALL THEM AND LET THEM, THE NEW OWNERS KNOW THAT HOW I FEEL AND WHAT IN THE HECK IS THAT DOOR MAGNET GOING TO DO TO HARM THE APARTMENTS OR ANY ONE ELSE!! SO STUPID SERIOUSLY!!! 🤔 I MIGHT JUST HAVE TO BE ME YOU KNOW!? I GREW UP IN WILMINGTON ON THE WEST, NOW MOMS LIVES ON THE EAST SIDE!! SO I KNOW WHAT'S UP!!! 💯👊🏽🤨 MAKES NO KIND OF SENSE AT ALL!!! I HOPE Y'ALL READ THIS TOO BECAUSE YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME!!!

Horrible customer service ! I called to get information and basically the person who answered me was like ( NO WE HAVE A WAITING LIST CALL SOMEWHERE ELSE AND CLICKED ON ME ) she was so rude after she told me that I had some questions and she just click on me . This would be a zero star !!! Maybe there making enough money that there able to treat people like that but that’s not ok. DONT CALL OR SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE ! I can only imagine how they treat the residents.
