Banner Bank

Today I went to the bank and when I got to the cashier with this lady named Makayla Duncan, she did not give me a good impression that she served me as she should. I went to make a transfer from my bank to another person who has that same bank and this lady told me that I could not do that, that I had to take out the money and then deposit it to that person. Every time I go here it has never happened to them that they do double work and they count the money in front of me and then make the deposit. But what bothers me the most is the way she tells you things. She also told me in a bad way that she needed my ID to make a copy and that I should not have my glasses on. I understand that but I repeat, she is not respectful, she has no way of serving people. I am sorry but that is my opinion. W

I need help with signing into the app and Iris was amazing. She was the one who got put on the phone with. She helped me when a lot of the other employees were not being very helpful Iris is the best employee

Raquel Cook assisted me today with some issues that I was having with my mortgage. Raquel is by far the best manager that I have had the pleasure of working with at this location or at Banner bank period!! She went above and beyond to help me in a timely, professional manner. Thank you Raquel!! I hope Raquel’s boss reads this and gives her the raise that she most definitely deserves! Raquel is my go to for ALL things banking!
