Horrible customer service! misleading, over promise services they can't provide. Low professionalism, rude even when contacting my boss for employment verification. No knowledge for city permits and procedures when doing a transaction. They denied my loan 5 days before closing, minutes after confirming closing date. I was able to buy that same house 12 days later with a different lender! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LENDER! office manager has no manners!
