Bank of England

I would not recommend this bank to family or friends! The 2 young ladies working at the Riverdale location would greatly benefit from formal Customer Service training since they do not greet or acknowledge customers when inside or at the drive thru. They act as if they are inconvenienced while assisting you and apparently neither of them know how to smile. You will be much happier and treated much better elsewhere!!!

After a terrible experience pursuing a mortgage with a large national chain bank, we were referred to loan officer, Brent Backman, from Bank of England. He worked some magic and got our loan closed more quickly than we had ever imagined possible. Thank you so very much, Brent & team at Bank of England!! You will not go wrong by choosing BofE.

It is the most unprofessional so called bank I’ve ever seen. The debit card gets shut off all the time due to so called security reasons. Been with them bout 3 months and still don’t have name and address correct even after several attempts to correct them and just now went to pay for dinner and card denied again due to there system being down.

We were trying to get a house loan done with the Bank of England. The experience was frustrating. I called the office in Utah and talked to a person named Alma. In my opinion she was rude, belligerent and condescending. I will never do business with them again.

I have been with this institution since I was in high school. Their service is the best I've ever seen when compared to the big Main stream Branches.
