Bank of America Financial Center

Employees are friendly and attentive. Downside is there’s always a line inside and line moves pretty slow. They should have all tellers at stations whenever there’s customers in line. No customers in line then tellers can leave station?

In and out... no lines (probably because I was here right when they opened). The tellers could be a little more welcoming, but other than that, an average banking experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. There were initially two tellers, but then only one was available, causing the line to move extremely slowly. When I asked the remaining teller if another teller could assist, I was told no. Additionally, Jesica, who was in the lobby, was socializing and completely ignored my question. The lack of urgency and poor customer service was appalling. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

As a small business owner, this, Bank of America has always been there for my business. Jeanette was more than helpful today, she gave great advice that will change the process of my business and make things much easier for my clients as well. Roberto as well has always been there for us and sadly we are moving to a new location. I pray that we have the same type of help and dedication as this team. I’ve never met a team that is dedicated to their clients like this one. Thank you for your hard work.

Hard to understand why this branch has only 2.8/5(7/24/2024). All staffs are kind and do jobs quickly. They can communicate in Spanish and even assigned Korean speaker. Personally always feel good to visit.
