Excellent property management team! They are reliable, responsive, and always willing to help. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly. Truly grateful for their hard work and dedication.

They do not care about people. Especially their neighbors of the properties they manage. I live behind one of their property and 2 of their dead trees which I warned them about have fallen into my yard and damaged my property. They got rid of the first tree and have yet to reach out about fixing those damages from months ago and now the second tree has been down for weeks. And nothing. Neighbor beware.

They are very unprofessional. they will file a eviction and charge late fees on their app without checking the zelle to see if you paid. why make zelle a option to pay if they never check it and update the app to show that you paid. worst property management i have dealt with. Also the landlord doesn’t hire anyone to fix problems he does them himself and then baltimore village calls you to see if the problem is fixed like they sent someone outside the landlord to fix it.

My Husband and I would like to thank Ron for a job well done.He saw my Husband digging his truck out of the space that was packed with ice and snow and jumped right in and started digging as well.No questions asked he was a God sent. Thanks again Ron for your help I give you 10 stars.
