Thank you for ur quick response, so Appreciated, I'm having a electrical problem with the Refrigerator electrical outlet.

This place has come a long way! From being a Cesspool for drug dealers and prostitutes. The manager has took measures for the better for this place! It's not perfect but show me a place that is? There refurbishing all the apartments. We have a two bedroom, and it's absolutely beautiful! brand new carpet, laminate flooring, with the kitchen, and bathroom, brand new windows! New refrigerator and stove. We're having installed a security system for peace of mind and safety. I'm not going ANYWHERE! I want to make this place better as a resident.

Everything seems to be wonderful with Pacific Flatz! Any issue I have at the apartment they get right on and they are trying to help me with the screen issue. Unfortunately no screens out there fit my windows anymore. They are too far out of date so they have promised me to see if there's a universal out there or come up with another solution. So I'm very pleased with the action so far.

No laundry facilities like they advertised. Keep getting threatening emails from the leasing office that they are going to raise everyone's rent because someone has been smoking inside an apartment. Another email saying they are raising everyone's trash and water fees. Leasing office was no help during move in. Didn't even get a tour, just "give us the money and go". Bathroom fixtures and floors/door construction was done so cheaply that everything is coming apart. Neighbors leave trash everywhere. They never shovel sidewalks or plow the parking lot. Can't wait to leave this place

The only problem we have is the curtain rod it fell I got it back up, however I'm not sure it's going to hold my clothes it's kinda weak.other then that he did great I'm very appreciated of him and the work he did and the timely matter.
