Ballston Court Apartments

Lived here for a year and honestly wish I could’ve stayed for longer - the main reason being the amazing management by Coby, the property manager. Never once did I feel like I was being nickel and dimed, he always made sure to provide fair and timely solutions for any issues that I had. Palencia, who does maintenance, was also very responsive and helpful, going above and beyond for the residents. The price for the apartment, which included utilities, cannot be beat. A pleasant surprise from the predatory management companies in the DC area.

Lived here for a year. I thought it was sketchy since there’s no website but it’s truly a hidden gem! The rent prices are unbelievable for the area. Colby (apartment manager) is the ABSOLUTE MOST AMAZING!!! Also Paulico is quick, efficient, friendly, super hard working, and the best maintenance person I’ve ever had while renting!!!

Absolutely loved living here, it's a hidden gem. The rent is affordable, the space is well maintained and the location is quiet but close to the bustle.

I lived at Ballston Court for almost 6 years. It has an old charm to it as it's not like the current modern apartments you see all around the DMV. It's a small complex twitch a cute courtyard, very quiet, and for the same price you pay in the heart of dc for a studio apartment you can get at least double the space. Coby Owens is a wonderful landlord who is always thoughtful and responsive. Palencia and Omar are a great maintenance team and we were never waiting long for any of our issues that arose to be handled. Pet friendly, community laundry room, parking spaces included. I would recommend this place to anyone that wanted a fair price, a nice community, and walking distance from great food spots and the metro. I'll always think fondly of my time spent at Ballston Court as my first

Great place to live. Extremely responsive staff. Free tenant parking and reasonable prices for good apartments. Utilities included in the rent for a static amount so you do not have to be afraid to use heat in the winter. Location is 5-7 minute walk from metro and a block from the nearest grocery store.
