Ballard Yards

I lived at Ballard Yards for just over two years, and I can confidently say it’s the best place I’ve ever called home. My fiancé and I had a two-bedroom apartment on the third floor with a stunning view of the bay—it was a daily joy to wake up to. The building itself was a dream: quiet neighbors, incredibly kind and prompt maintenance (though we rarely needed them), and a package room that was secure and perfectly organized. The shared spaces, like the gym, common area, and rooftop, were always spotless, which speaks to the care and attention the staff put into the property. Speaking of the staff, they were consistently friendly and genuinely caring. Amazing new apartment building in Ballard, extremely walkable and great staff. Large apartment building but still has that small intimate feel that I appreciate. Great amenities, my only complaint is that the gym doesn’t have any windows. Rooftop deck is amazing and has some of the best views in area.

I moved into Ballard Yards a few months ago and love it! The onsite team is amazing, I love my apartment, the building is always clean and well maintained, neighbors have been so friendly! The location is great, especially for someone who doesn’t drive, it’s within walking distance to so much. And I can’t wait to enjoy the rooftop views this summer!
