I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Dominique at On the Park Apartments in Ballard. Although I ultimately didn’t lease there due to allergies and the presence of carpet, Dominique went truly above and beyond to try to find the best possible option for me. Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish…thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely caring. She took the time to understand my needs and explored every avenue to help, even knowing it might not result in an immediate lease. Because of the outstanding experience she provided, I confidently referred one of my new employees, who will be moving into the community. Dominique also kindly put me on a follow-up list so she can reach out once all-vinyl flooring becomes available, as I would absolutely love to live t

I lived at Ballard on the Park for two years (Unit #338) and my experience was defined by management negligence, privacy violations, and a complete lack of building quality. If you are considering moving here, be aware of the following: 1. Intrusive Privacy Violations (SMC 22.206.180) Management conducted mandatory "inspections" every 6 months for the entire 2 years I was there. These were not safety checks; maintenance staff would go through every room, opening personal cupboards and even looking inside my refrigerator. Staff admitted these inspections were a pretext to document criminal activity on the 6th floor rather than actual maintenance. Using "structural integrity" as a cover to bypass privacy rights is a major violation of tenant boundaries. 2. Major Noise Issues (Unit #338 & F

Since management won’t engage in any meaningful way despite frequent attempts to reach them, I am HOPING something either comes from this, or readers head caution: I love my unit, I love the neighborhood; but the response from management regarding repairs is an absolute, offensively negligent joke. -Central air in the gym: out since August - 6+ months. It’s 90°+ in summer, making it difficult to breath, and I just measured it at 45° yesterday (Jan 31), making it painful to exercise. -West elevator: out since October - 4+ months. The main elevator is constantly slowed by the traffic of people, and the east elevator also stops working somewhat frequently, or is otherwise “reserved.” -No routine maintenance is done around the building; cleaning, vacuuming hallways, replacing sani wipes in t

The location is great and convenient. In recent years, management quality and property upkeep declined. Building "improvement" projects often took months to complete, and building security became a concern — with frequent unauthorized entries, car break-ins, and no working security cameras in place. After move out, it took over three months to receive a partial security deposit refund with no itemized statement provided. Overall, the experience started strong but ended disappointingly due to poor management, operational and safety issues.

I wish I had read reviews and never moved in. I’m currently in collections for not paying rent at said apartment for two months AFTER I had moved out. DO NOT rent from anywhere that is managed by this company, you will be paying for it in time and money over a year after the fact. The lack of communication from the team at BALLARD ON THE PARK was awful. I had an apartment flood and was forced to move out temporarily, which was not the issue at all. I was on a month to month lease and was told renovations would take a few weeks so I stayed in a hotel while paying rent. I thought, a FEW weeks- no worries. I moved app my stuff into a storage unit and “temporarily” moved into a hotel with my dog. I was drug along for THREE MONTHS with them barely responding to my many emails asking for updates
