Everything about our Ball Home for the first five months has been wonderful!! We love our retirement home!! Ball Homes is quick to respond, explained the 6 month review process without hesitation. All individuals from the builders, supervisors, and office staff have been outstanding!!

BEWARE - if you are buying a new construction Ball Home. Everything will last for about 3 years and then start falling apart piece by piece. It’s unbelievable how cheap they build homes. If anyone has a Time Machine, let me know how much it’ll cost to travel back in time and stop myself from buying a ball home.

I have owned this Ball Homes for a while. It was built brand new and people warned me not to purchase a Ball Home. I didn’t listen to them. They cut corners and build the bare minimum just to pass code. My chimney rusted out and water leaked all the way through and rotted out the wood. I had to replace all the wood around my chimney and side of the wall. If you want a poorly built home that looks good then Ball Homes is for you. Avoid buying a Ball Home, if you hear Ball Homes start running away fast!!! Bad quality and poorly built!!!

I've lived in my Ball Homes for 10 years now (purchased in brand new, first and only owner) and I have experienced a constant issue (since the first month of moving in) with a leak from my kitchen doors, that consequently leaks into our finished basement every time there is a heavy rain. For the first few years, Ball Homes would send a maintenance person to "fix" the issue but after doing this same dance of... -heavy rain, very bad leak, I call them, they'd send someone to put a band aid on, waiting until the next heavy rain to see if it's really fixed,... heavy rain, very bad leak, I call them again, they'd send someone to put a band aid on...and on and on. Zero on customer service. Robbin at their office is the worse lady to talk with. If she is the point of contact for anything under warranty, either change the person or forget about it will get done on timely manner. For me things delayed because of their scheduling and poor work. They fix (Thrust ceiling issue) same thing 4 times but still not done and now one year completed for on going issue started at fourth month of brand new house. And she is telling us to fix by ourself. They left all white patches on ceiling where they work. We have never get even a single paint since they first fix at 4 month timing. The ceiling on second floor has all around white patches without paint. Not sure if they will really do it or not. STILL WAITING ON THEM.
