Was my review erased taken down? Why would a company be afraid of a review? Hamlin Terrace, Apartments is problematic at best Rampant violations of marijuana, smoking, cigarette smoking These are cookie cutter, low amenity style apartments, no ventilation and equated appliances There was a run of packages being stolen from UPS and Amazon No resolution was ever found If possible stay away this is the bottom of the barrel

I want to say thank you to the company. I appreciate living in my apartment complex. I favor the structure of the building and private entrance. Also, the clean water and clean environment without pests or mold. The maintenance are handy and diligent. The atmosphere is absolutely safe and there are opportunities to view several of the friendly wildlife. Moving here has helped me focus through school and even land my first job. That is why I say thank you! This is Lavender Forest, reporting.

***Edit Jan 2025*** Lease falsely violated (violation dated the 12th, put on our door on the 16th), when addressing the violation was told, by management, that I "throw my wife around" and it causes neighbors (ones we've have to complain about in the past) to feel threatened. So not only will they take a rumor heard by another tenant with reason to lie at face value, but instead of talking to my wife or CALLING THE POLICE (who I've never had to my apartment in the 6yrs I've lived here), they decide the best course of action would be to bring it up to my face!?!(In context to the violation) Imagine if I was an abusive person?!? That could end up in the abuse victim being hurt even worse, what a disgusting thing to do, not only to violate a lease for no reason right before Christmas, backed

3/4/2020 found out that these people put down I was evicted when I left voluntarily.. there was a court order as well stating that there would be no eviction on my record and that I wasn’t evicted.. that is something that they can’t do.. they now don’t want to talk to me about it because they kno they messed up.. also Colleen had her son hack my Facebook account to get a video off if it. I was at Woodsboro apartments.. they are grimey and petty and I wound not recommended this company at all..

Just wondering what kind of plant / flower is in front of dollar general and liquor store in your top plaza on south Clinton are.
