Bakerview Highrise Apartments

When visiting the property, I was pleasantly surprised management took the time to show me where residents pick up their mail, the community dining room, and their newer laundry facilities. The unit I viewed was updated and very nice. I was impressed with their overall presentation, and tenants seemed to be happy there, too. The cons are only a few assigned residents parking spaces, and most of the units are studios. There is a longer wait for a larger unit. The pros, located in a neighborhood area, bus route, grocery store, and gas station close. Residents can sign up for a garden area. Smaller 🐕 and 🐈 friendly.

This place is awful 😖! It is infested w I th cockroaches,bedbugs and other pests. They only tell you about the bed bugs and not the other pests. Residents also sell,cook and use drugs in this building. Management are rude and disrespectful. When a resident moves outthey overcharge for cleaning the unit as well as being dishonest about damages that were not done to the unit and will create damages to get money out of the tenant. Please do not send your loved ones to this complex. I will also be suing them.

The roaches live here, I don’t. I feel sick to my stomach and wish that I would not have spent thousands of dollars to move. Unless you like sharing your house with roaches. This place is not worth even $1.00. DISGUSTING COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE, ALL DAY- EVERY DAY. YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE IN A DUMP LIKE THIS. THE ROACHES HAVE OVERTAKEN THE UNITS!!!!??? I CANNOT WAIT ANOTHER 6 MONTHS UNTIL THiS GROSS LEASE ENDS. I FEEL SICK EVERYDAY HERE AT THIS GARBAGE UNIT CALLED BAKERVIEW HAS BEEN COMPLETED

Here's is I loved in bakerview for 18 years the pest problem is a problem but it's not like you walk in and they are there they only come to the please when you are dirty person and not all tenants sell or do drugs I have never done drugs and I am very grateful that I have a over my head . There are weird tenants and nosey one that get in your business there are rude ones and there are crazy ones and some stinky ones two

The bakerview is a great place to live. Lots of nice people living here. It's easy to make friends. The management are very nice and helpful. They work very hard to make sure we are safe. But you have to get on the waiting list to move in here. But don't hesitate to get on the list, it is worth the wait. The apartments are in good shape, they were completely remodeled a few years ago. Everything was taken out and replaced with new stuff, the kitchen, bathroom, and floors are all new. And you can always get ahold of management and maintenance at any time.
