Despite the ongoing construction this place is outstanding. The neighborhood is quiet and in a good area. The office staff sre amazing. I worked with Christian and he was great. Constant good communication and any issues I've had he had taken care of them immediately and helped to the best of his ability. The amenities are great and the pool area is beautiful.

⚠️ DO NOT MOVE HERE — PLEASE READ ⚠️ I’ve lived at Bainbridge Mission Pointe for 3 years and the last several months have been a nightmare. What started as a “2-month balcony repair” is now going on 4+ months with no workers on site for weeks. We were initially told the balconies were “uneven,” but residents later found out there was mold in the buildings — something management never clearly disclosed. Management keeps giving inconsistent explanations, including claiming the City of Orlando pulled permits, yet the story keeps changing. At this point, there is no clear timeline and no accountability. On top of that, fire alarms have been going off for 6–7 months, at all hours — including 2 AM. It’s stressful, unsafe, and exhausting. The biggest red flag? Residents are being pressured to sig

Do not move here this place is a SCAM!!!! They have been doing construction for over 6 months on a brand new apartment complex. The structure it self looks like it has mold and they are trying to cover it up. They have lots of the stairs access closed off. They keep making excuses saying that inspectors said is safe, but when asked they said it was the fire department. Which they are not licensed safety inspectors which that is questionable. STAY AWAY!!!!!

BEWARE!!! Living here was a frustrating experience that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Let’s start with the condition of the property: the hallways were constantly dirty, often smelling like dog urine and garbage spills, and it was obvious they weren’t maintained regularly. The green spaces were full of dog waste, including the dog park, making them unusable. The dog wash station was almost always out of service and dirty, even though it's an amenity you’re paying for. Management clearly does not enforce the pet policies stated in the lease. Parking inside the building is awful if you are a bit late at night good luck finding a parking spot. The valet trash service was a complete disaster. You’re required to pay for it whether you want it or not, but many nights, no one would show up to

Do not move here. My family has lived here for 2.5 years and it's slowly become an absolute nightmare. We're moving out when our lease expires. There has been never ending construction that is extremely loud and disruptive. Our balcony has been boarded up, and workers are often right outside our window with hammers and power tools. Construction projects we were told would last a few weeks, have dragged on for 4-6 months at a time. There is also dirt and dust everywhere from these projects. Fire alarms will go off regularly, usually in the middle of the night, further detracting from any peace and quiet you hoped to find here. Maintenance has occasionally barged into our home to do things like fire alarm inspections, letting themselves in without allowing us to answer the door. This is c
