Bailey Building and Construction Hits it Out of the Park After meeting with several builders and being told they could not do exactly what I wanted I was pleased when Jonathan from Bailey Building and Construction (Bailey) told me with confidence that he could do it. What I wanted was a site-built addition to my Skyline park model (small mobile) home that looked like it had been built as an option in the Skyline factory. I also wanted the interior transition from the existing home to the new room to look like it was all built at the same time. I signed with Bailey to have them build an 18 foot long by 16 foot wide addition with a full bath and storage closet on one end to my park model home with the roof peak of the addition aligning perfectly with that of the existing home. Steven Sims the project manager came to my house on a Tuesday and seemed like a very nice likable person. He said he would come back on Friday at 3 pm so I made sure to be home. When the appointed time came I called. He said he would come in back on the following Tuesday. Again I am still waiting and there has been no phone calls to keep me informed. Instead of telling me he would be able to do the job he should have been honest. I could have continued with my search. I need the repair on my porch because the damage has left my ramp useless.
