Lived here a few years ago I lived in a 1,2&3 bedroom apartment and they are very spacious. Friendly neighbors and an understanding manager as long as you communicate. Hoping to move back one day

Mrs. Kimberly is an awesome property manager. These apartment's are some of the nicest complexes in Oakcliff. The property and apartments are maintained.

New owners have had Jamestown and Bahia since 2015 the properties are immaculately clean, repaired. The owners are heavily involved andcreally care about theyre tenants.

Called to see about an apartment. If you are a single mom with multiple kids or a family with multiple kids. Do NOT bother with these people. They do NOT rent to people with multiple kids. Rude! And the guy i talked to, didnt even know his stuff, he had to keep asking his coworker the questions.

The owners do not listen to the people's complaints and only have 1 worker that fixes every thing but messes up other things in the process do not rent out here there is a rat problem sins 2017 and has not been taken care of also management threatens to charge for making repair's just don’t move here the photos are real i moved in 2011 they havent fixed anything since this is james town which is strongly affiliated by owner to bahia apartments and conditions
