Promptly scheduled other services such has HVAC maintenance even without our request. Casey was always reachable by phone or email. HUGE lack of communication with statements and updates on account balances. You’ll be good and then next thing you know “you were late on a fee and we’ve been charging you interest, even though you’re set on autopay”. The app and website don’t make it easy to find information at all so WHO knows what they will charge you for. You won’t! No paper or email statements are sent out either so good luck!

Casey is Great!! As an owner, I have had the privilege of working with her for about 5 years. For 20 years I managed my own properties being very confident that was the right way to go. As the years passed by, I finally decided to turn them over to a property manager.
