I cannot recommend Backwoods Buildings DIY barn kits enough! Not only did I get a quality open concept horse barn I had been dreaming of, it was easy to work with the Backwoods team to make my vision into a reality! James patiently helped us customize and plan, ensuring we had the proper beams and truss style to sustain the crazy weather South Carolina can get. He answered all questions promptly and corresponded via both phone and email when appropriate. We needed it delivered from their Florida warehouse to our homesite in South Carolina since we didn’t have a way to get it ourselves. Kyle, their driver, was so incredibly professional and kind while he helped us unload everything from the trailer. The ordering process went very smoothly. Their customer service and prompt replies were a very nice change compared to other businesses. We received our pole barn kit the first week of February. The excellent delivery driver communicated well regarding the time he would arrive and took great care in how he drove through our property. They went above and beyond to assist us with any questions we may have had. We were able to build the kit easily with the general blueprints provided. We are extremely happy with our product from Backwoods Buildings and highly recommend them.
