Backwater Cove Apartments

It was a very easy experience and the property manager Brittany was excellent in making sure everything was good to move in. It’s very convenient to where my sister and I want to be. I do however wish we had more of a place for our dogs to go.

Came in for a tour of Backwater Cove and loved it! Clubhouse was nice, grounds were well-kept, and we loved the unit we were shown. Britney was awesome! Highly recommend if you’re looking in this area.

Extremely nice apartments! We were the first people to live in our particular apartment, so everything was extremely clean and fresh when we first moved in. The facilities are gorgeous, amenities are amazing and lots of natural light in every room. Maintenance is quick to come to fix things, too! It's got access to the trails behind the complex, and is super close to campus and there is a way to get to the highway without having to deal with the traffic on MLK, though it does get annoying dealing with game days, and the entrance to the lot is very dangerous when it ices. However, the management for the majority of us living there was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I had my car broken into twice, and the apartment above us was broken into, and nothing was really done about this be

Beautiful community! Wes was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He had wonderful recommendations for where to shop and eat within walking distance of the apartments. This community truly is a hidden gem with all the amenities and walkability to nomads and even Baum Stadium.

I lived here 7 months and had no issues. Maintenance was quick and the apartments were decent. Pretty close to campus and is a solid option for students.
