I called this place home for nearly four years, and it truly was a wonderful place to live. I chose it because the property was well-maintained, and that impression held true throughout my stay. The community was diverse—families, retirees, and everyone in between—so you’d often see kids playing outside or older residents enjoying fresh air near their doors. My neighbors were always courteous and kept their spaces tidy, which made the environment even better. The management went above and beyond. They partnered with programs that provided free food to residents, which was such a thoughtful touch. There’s even a small library for kids, something I really appreciated. Alex is a very efficient and helpful Manager in the office. This is a very nice and peaceful place to live. I will recommend anybody to this place.

I've lived here for here 6 yrs and love it here. If you have a problem it is usually handled the same day or next. Alex in the office is great. When he answers the phone he does first in English then in Spanish. That makes people feel comfortable.

The rent is reasonable, max 2 people in a room at 800/850 month on a 7 month lease. Standard deposit and paperwork. Of course, there is a waiting list. So get on there quick. It is near businesses and on hwy 27.
