Bacarra Apartments

I’ve been working with Krystina H, and she has truly gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and confident about my decision to move into the apartment complex. She has been incredibly patient, supportive, and helpful throughout the process. I haven’t moved in yet, so I can’t speak to the complex itself, but the staff so far have been rockstars!

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option. Living here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, and it honestly made me anxious about renting again because dishonesty seems to be something they’ve perfected. DO NOT GO THERE We lived in this complex for three years. In the beginning, everything seemed fine—the area felt relatively quiet and somewhat safe. But as more residents moved in, management completely shifted their priorities. At that point, it became clear that collecting money mattered far more than caring about the people already living there. Over time, the environment became stressful and uncomfortable. Police were frequently on site, packages were constantly stolen—both from the mailroom and directly from residents’ doors—and there were fights in units,

Everything so far has been great. I love living here and my maintenance man. Miguel is amazing always here when I need him fixes everything. The same day that I put in a work order never has to come back for the same thing twice and goes up and above.

I love this place! Everyone is the best and just so friendly. I’m at the block party and just had the best food, fun and met a lot of cool people. Bacarra apartments is definitely a place that I would recommend everyone to stay! Whenever I had an issue.. it was always resolved within 24 hrs. Move to Bacarra… you won’t be disappointed ❤️. Oh… the staff are so nice and always willing to help.

I'm relocating from Georgia for work and was hoping to lease an apartment here, but the experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. First, the leasing agent who gave me the tour looked very unprofessional and disengaged. She didn’t seem interested in showing the property properly — didn’t go over the amenities or make any real effort to answer questions. Her attitude made it feel like she didn’t want to be there at all. Second, I made it clear to the staff that I urgently needed housing due to my job relocation. Despite that, the property manager was rude, dismissive, and completely inaccessible when I ran into issues with their website. I asked for just a few minutes of help and was brushed off.
