I called to inquire about a house and had a very unprofessional experience. I spoke with Babbit Sr. And he used profanity, talked over me, and focused on mentioning how many homes he sells instead of answering my questions. I was barely able to ask what I had called about. Overall, it was a disappointing and inappropriate interaction.

I purchased a home from Babbit Realty on 9/3/21 I moved in , 24 hours after moving in I had plumbing issues. Water ran from the upstairs down to first floor. Basement began to flood. Had to call my insurance company the first 24 hours after moving in. They have not responded to my ask to fix the issue that they also didn’t disclose. My plumber stated that this is all pure negligence. Plumbing done wrong. I have pictures and videos to prove the botched job done. I am appalled and offended by there lack of response. We’re not going to talk about the mold growing in the room with water damage. They literally thru lipstick on a pig and sold it for $165k. My only hope is filing a civil suit to recoup some of the money I’m out. Think twice before purchasing a home from them.

Authorized us to do a walkthrough despite having sold the house days prior without telling us. On top of that the house was misrepresented in several areas. Allegedly "all new" windows despite me having a picture from three years ago showing the same stained glass. Five bedrooms listed when only three legally qualified as bedrooms. Just to name a few. This is on the verge of, if not actually committing, negligence and fraud.

True professionals through and through. They have listed and sold many homes for me and are great allies to have on your side.
