I’ve lived in my apartment since 2015 and I’m a bit bummed that I’m signing my lease for what may be the last time. My rent shot up almost $300. So I’ve decided to take the two year lease but will ultimately have to leave. I love my building and management is pretty good at getting things fixed and taken care of. My neighbors and I have become family and we tend to enjoy decorating for the holidays and checking in before grocery runs. The neighborhood has been getting renovated a lot so I assume that contributed to my rent going up. Like I said. Good management office and they really work hard to make sure we’re ok and taken care of just sad that I have to part ways with my little home .

Been living in 1210 Gilbert place for almost two year. There is no on site super. The building is rarely cleaned. One of the residents is being used as the super but he is a alcoholic who has been to rehab 3 times already in the past year. The tenants hang around in the stair case even tho they have a apartment in the building. The super in my building in the past 30 days has brought a aggressive dog into the building . The alcohollic super brings the dog outside and tie it to the gate in front of the door and it barks and snaps at everyone that passes by but he likes to sit outside with the dog. I no longer see my other neighbors just the two that bring issues. I have been contacting management for weeks with no replies. This company is not the best

I have lived at 1212 Gilbert place this building for almost 3 years. I am currently having issues with a neighbor. I purchased a ring camera because he’s harassing me. I have sent videos to them of the guy threatening my life, having his guest throw beer on my door. They blocked my phone and email address. The building is DISGUSTING!!!! No one sweeps/mops the building. In the warmer months you can smell raw sewage.
