We had a highly disappointing experience with B&D Homes, which led us to terminate our relationship with them and remove all of our properties from their management. Our concerns began when a tenant informed us that they had reached out to B&D Homes multiple times regarding serious repair issues, including problems with the AC and insulation. Despite repeated complaints, no repairs were made, and we were never notified. The situation escalated to the point that the tenant decided to move out. When we asked for the tenant’s contact information to try and resolve the issue ourselves, it took over a week to receive it, leaving us to manage the situation without their support. B&D Homes, Inc took over management of the property where I live 1 year ago. My experience with Dixie has been nothing but positive and fruitful. My concerns and requests are always dealt with in a timely manner. I have no complaints about the company or its employees.
